About the Coach
Background in Bikes
Danilu has been mountain biking for over 15 years. She raced Ironman triathlons for several years then retired her road bikes! She began her trail adventures racing off road triathlons. Danilu then went on to race Cross Country mountain bike races and Duathlons. This multi-sport race experience lead her to Adventure Races. Danilu has competed in 6 hour, 12 hour and 24 hour Adventure races across CA. Most recently Danilu has become passionate about downhill mountain biking. The last few years she has raced Enduro and Downhill and loves to work on improving her technical skills. Bike packing is also at the top of her list! Most of all, Danilu is passionate about growing the sport and excited to see confidence grow in new riders, get more women and girls on bikes, and help more advanced riders excel. Danilu has coaching experience from Newbie Clinics to Jumping & Advanced Clinics and enjoys coaching private lessons within the mountain biking community in San Luis Obispo county. Danilu is a Certified Professional Mountain Bike Coach through BICP and Fluidride, she is also a Ninja MTB Performance Clinics coach in Northern and Southern CA.
